MY STORY

At 19 I left home to begin a journey of expansion and self-fulfillment in the hospitality industry. Over the next 15 years of growth in my professional career, I experienced my greatest satisfaction in learning about others from the heart -- the beauty and opportunity that lie in human differences and the richness and joy that come from connection.

During that time I experienced revenue growth as a success metric in strong focus. Yet, it’s the relationship to colleagues, guests and partners that sustains business and personal success, an investment equally as important as the products and services.

When I transitioned into a new leadership role in Organizational Development and Human Resources in another industry, I expanded my knowledge and understanding by applying a more holistic approach to life and work and emphasizing mindfulness and my own self-work. With coaching, I gained a broader perspective of life’s interconnectedness. It fueled my desire to lead with purpose (no longer a willing follower), built around the relationship with self, with others and with everything that happens in our world. 

Over the past years, I have expanded my experience, my approach, and my repertoire of tools. I formed my mission to serve others on their journey to do and be more.

Today, I am embarking on this path to be your partner in bringing more flow, fulfillment, and success to you and your teams.
